Golden Cheese & Herb Scones (Thermomix)

- 150 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- 25 g Butter
- 60 g Cheese cut into 3 cm cubes (cheese of your choice)
- 70 g Water
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray.
Place flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, butter, and cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix 3 sec / sp 7. The mixture should look coarse and crumbly.
Add water and mix 5 sec / sp 4 until just combined. Do not overmix.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently bring it together and pat it out to about 2 - 3 cm thick.
Cut into rounds or squares and place onto prepared tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
