Golden Cheese & Herb Scones (Thermomix)

Yvonne's Thermomix Connection
Easy Thermomix cheese & herb scones made with simple ingredients. A quick savoury scone recipe, perfect served warm with butter or alongside soup.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • 25 g Butter
  • 60 g Cheese cut into 3 cm cubes (cheese of your choice)
  • 70 g Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray.
  • Place flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, butter, and cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix 3 sec / sp 7. The mixture should look coarse and crumbly.
  • Add water and mix 5 sec / sp 4 until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently bring it together and pat it out to about 2 - 3 cm thick.
  • Cut into rounds or squares and place onto prepared tray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
