Healthy Banana Oat Smoothie (Thermomix)

This easy Thermomix banana smoothie combines oats, nuts, linseeds, and milk or water for a naturally creamy, protein-rich drink - ideal for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or nutritious energy boost during the day.

Ingredients

  • 45 gm rolled oats
  • 30 gm nuts of your choice or nut butter
  • 40 gm golden linseeds
  • 100 gm milk of your choice
  • 150 gm water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixing bowl
  • Blend 450 sec / speed 8–10, until smooth and creamy
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk or water and blend a further 10 sec / speed 4–5
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately

Notes

Add any fruit or leafy greens for a change in flavour
