This easy Thermomix banana smoothie combines oats, nuts, linseeds, and milk or water for a naturally creamy, protein-rich drink - ideal for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or nutritious energy boost during the day.

Ingredients

gm rolled oats

gm nuts of your choice
or nut butter

gm golden linseeds

gm milk of your choice

gm water
Ice cubes optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl
Blend 450 sec / speed 8–10, until smooth and creamy
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk or water and blend a further 10 sec / speed 4–5
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
Notes
Add any fruit or leafy greens for a change in flavour
