Herby Garlic Dip

Yvonne's Thermomix Connection
This creamy herby garlic dip is ready in just 5 minutes using your Thermomix. Perfect for entertaining with crackers, fresh vegetables, or warm bread.

Servings 8 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 20 g Parmesan cheese cubed
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 250 g cream cheese softened
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the Parmesan into the Thermomix and grate 10 sec / Speed 10.
  • Add the garlic, parsley and chives. Chop 3 sec / Speed 7.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix 20 sec / Speed 4.
  • Scrape down the bowl and mix 10 sec / Speed 4, if required, until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra herbs if desired.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with:
  • Crackers
  • Vegetable sticks
  • Toasted baguette slices
  • Pretzels
  • Warm bread

Tips

  • Add a pinch of smoked paprika for extra flavour.
  • Stir through finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes or roasted capsicum for a delicious variation.
  • Prepare up to two days in advance and store in the refrigerator.
